Signature massage in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
More Signature and LMT massage appointments are open at Soleil Spa this month, and Monday through Wednesday mornings are currently the easiest time to grab one. Book a fully customized session with a Licensed Massage Therapist, built around exactly what your body needs.
We are opening up more Signature and LMT massage appointments at Soleil Spa, and we wanted Pleasant Grove and the rest of Utah County to know about it. If you have been waiting for a slot with one of our Licensed Massage Therapists, or you have never tried an LMT-level session and are not sure what makes it different from the rest of the menu, this page is for you.
Soleil Spa sits in the heart of Utah County, serving Pleasant Grove, Lindon, American Fork, Orem, Highland, and the surrounding communities. Whatever brought you here today, tight shoulders, an old injury, or just an hour that belongs entirely to you, there is more room on the calendar right now than there has been in a while.
What is a Signature Massage?
Signature Massage is what we call our full, LMT-led massage experience at Soleil. Instead of picking one modality off a list, you get a session built by a Licensed Massage Therapist around exactly what your body needs that day, whether that is Swedish pressure through your legs, deep tissue through your shoulders, or a full-body blend of both.
It follows the same idea as the Custom massage option already on our main massage therapy menu, performed at the LMT level by a therapist with years of hands-on clinical experience rather than someone still completing training hours. If you have a specific injury, chronic pain that has not responded to lighter work, or you simply want the most experienced hands available, this is built for exactly that.
Why book with a Licensed Massage Therapist
Every therapist at Soleil, apprentice or licensed, works under the same intake process and the same standard of care. The difference with an LMT is experience. A Licensed Massage Therapist has completed full licensure, logged significant clinical hours, and brings advanced training to complex or long-standing issues.
LMT sessions are available as Signature Massage, LMT Swedish, and LMT Prenatal, and they are the right call if you are managing a specific condition, recovering from an old injury, or you simply want a therapist who has seen a lot of different bodies and knows how to adapt.
Built around your body, not a menu item
Your therapist blends techniques session to session based on what you actually need that day, not a fixed protocol.
Advanced clinical experience
Licensed Massage Therapists bring years of hands-on training to complex or long-standing issues that lighter work has not resolved.
Same studio, same standards
Every Signature Massage happens in the same calm, private treatment rooms as the rest of the spa, under the same intake process.
Flexible session length
Available in 60, 90, or 120 minutes depending on how much your body needs addressed that visit.
Now open: more midweek morning availability
Here is the part we really want Utah County to know. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings are currently our quietest, easiest time to get in for a Signature or LMT massage. If your schedule has any flexibility at all, that window is the fastest way to book the exact time and therapist you want without waiting weeks, and it is a genuinely nice way to start the week besides. If evenings and weekends have looked full every time you checked, this is your opening.
What to expect at your appointment

02
Intake
Arrive a few minutes early to fill out a short intake covering pressure preference, problem areas, and anything your therapist should know.
03
A quick conversation
Your LMT reviews your intake and asks what you want out of the session before anything begins.
04
Your session
60, 90, or 120 minutes of hands-on work built around what you told your therapist, adjusted in real time as needed.

Your body does not need a generic routine. It needs a therapist who actually listens, and gives themselves the time to work accordingly.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Signature Massage and a regular massage?
Signature Massage is our LMT-led, fully customized session. Rather than choosing a single modality off the menu, your Licensed Massage Therapist blends Swedish, deep tissue, or other techniques based on exactly what your body needs that day. It is the LMT-level version of the Custom massage option on our main massage menu.
What is the difference between an LMT session and an apprentice massage?
Both follow the same intake process and standard of care. The difference is experience. Apprentice sessions are performed by a massage therapist in training under direct supervision, at a more accessible price point. LMT sessions are performed by a fully licensed therapist with years of clinical experience, which matters most for complex injuries or chronic pain that has not resolved with lighter work.
Is midweek morning really the easiest time to book?
Yes. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings are currently our quietest window for Signature and LMT massage. If your schedule allows any flexibility, that is the fastest way to land the exact time and therapist you want without a long wait.
How long is a Signature Massage session?
Signature and LMT sessions are available in 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Most first-time clients start with 60 minutes, while 90 or 120 minutes suits multiple problem areas or deeply held tension.
Do I need to know which modality I want before booking?
No. That is exactly what makes Signature Massage different. Your therapist will ask about your goals and problem areas at intake and build the session from there, so you do not need to arrive with a fixed plan.
How often should I book a Signature Massage?
For general maintenance and stress relief, once a month is the most common cadence. For chronic pain or a specific injury your LMT is working through with you, weekly or every-other-week often makes a bigger difference. Your therapist can help you figure out the right rhythm.
