Who we are

At Soleil Massage & Esthetics, we believe in providing our clients with an exceptional experience that leaves them feeling refreshed & Rejuvenated. That starts with how our apprentices are trained.
Our journey began with a passion for wellness and a desire standardize the massage therapy industry in Utah. Originally branded as Mountain Massage Utah in Provo we created a blended learning approach that incorporates interactive online and on-demand learning with hands-on instructor led and supervised experiences.
Because the demand for our services outpaced our space and available apprentices we have relocated to Pleasant Grove to serve more clients across Utah County. Now more centrally located in the heart of Utah County we have expanded our services and will now offer Esthetics starting in July, 2024.

Spa Policies

Welcome to Soleil. We are committed to providing a relaxing and professional environment for all our clients. Please review our policies to ensure the best experience during your visit.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

• We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client or cancelations depending on time restrictions.

Payment & Gratuity

• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
• Gratuity is appreciated but not required. If you wish to leave a tip, you may do so in cash or add it to your payment.

Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs before your treatment.
• Clients who are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition should reschedule their appointment.
• For the safety of our clients and staff, we maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Privacy & Conduct Policy

• All clients are required to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other guests.
• Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and future services will be denied.
• Clients are strictly prohibited from requesting personal or private information from our staff. Any client found doing so will no longer be served at our establishment.

Age Requirement

• Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive massage treatments unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Some services may have additional age restrictions.

Personal Belongings

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal belongings secure during your visit.

Sexual Harassment — Zero Tolerance Policy

At Soleil Spa we uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of sexual harassment or misconduct. All clients and staff are entitled to a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

What constitutes sexual harassment

Sexual harassment includes, but is not limited to:

• Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or propositions.
• Verbal comments or jokes of a sexual nature, remarks about a person’s body or sexuality.
• Inappropriate physical contact (e.g., touching, hugging, brushing against another’s body) without consent.
• Any conduct — physical, verbal, or non-verbal — of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, or uncomfortable atmosphere for any staff member or client.

Such behavior is strictly prohibited during sessions, in the spa facility, and at any spa-related event or communication (in person or electronically).

Consequences and right to refusal

• If a client engages in any form of sexual harassment or makes inappropriate requests or uses offensive language, the session will be terminated immediately. The client will be required to pay for the session in full and may be banned from future services.
• If a staff member were to act inappropriately, the session will be halted without charge to the client, and the staff member may be subject to disciplinary action or termination.
• Clients and staff are entitled to end a session at any time if they feel uncomfortable.

Reporting and enforcement

• Clients or staff who experience or witness harassment are encouraged to report the incident immediately to management.
• All reports will be treated seriously, kept confidential as much as possible, and investigated promptly.
• No retaliation will be tolerated against anyone who reports harassment or participates in an investigation.

Soleil Spa is committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful space for healing and relaxation. Any violation of this policy undermines that commitment and will be addressed without exception.
